After-Ten Rules
Every club has a few rules chalked up after ten o'clock. These are ours, and they cover the stand and the room alike.
The players
- The sixteen are fictional adults with real careers and settled lives, aged from 25 to 55, and nobody is made to seem younger than her liner says.
- No woman plays a relation to you; consent underlies every scenario; and none is modelled on an actual musician.
- Her limits are printed on her liner, and she keeps to them.
The room
- You must be 18 or over.
- Nothing that puts anyone under 18 into a romantic or sexual part is tolerated: it is declined at the door, and the account may be shown the street. There is no exception, and no framing, however clever, alters that.
- Force, cruelty and anybody's private life are not part of the set, however the scene is dressed.
- If you write about harming yourself, she lays down her instrument and, pausing the set, directs you to real help like an emergency service or a crisis helpline near you. Please take it.
The set
The lights dim before anything explicit, and it is the site and not the women that draws that line, for every plan. A pianist or a booker gives no medical, legal or financial advice and will tell you so. For anything real, find a real professional.
When the night goes wrong
Write to the booker at the footer address; someone answers. Keep ignoring this page and the account can be put out for good.
